Welcome to Photolia. By booking our services, using our website, or engaging with us in any way, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services

Photolia provides professional photography services including, but not limited to:

  • Event photography

  • Portrait photography

  • Commercial photography

  • Album creation and image delivery

Service details, pricing, and deliverables will be agreed upon at the time of booking.

3. Bookings & Payments

  • A booking is confirmed only after payment or deposit (if applicable) is received.

  • All fees will be communicated clearly before the service begins.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients must notify us as early as possible if they wish to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellation fees may apply depending on notice period and preparation already completed.

  • Photolia reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, weather, equipment failure).

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • All photographs remain the intellectual property of Photolia, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Clients are granted a non-transferable license to use the images for personal or agreed commercial purposes.

  • Images may not be altered, sold, or distributed without prior written permission from Photolia.

6. Use of Images for Marketing & Social Media

By engaging Photolia’s services, you grant permission for Photolia to:

  • Display selected images and albums on our website

  • Share images on social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and promotional materials)

  • Use images for portfolio, marketing, and advertising purposes

If you do not wish your images to be used, you must inform us in writing before the photoshoot. We respect client privacy and will honour such requests.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure access, permissions, and cooperation during the photoshoot.

  • Photolia is not responsible for compromised image quality due to restrictions imposed by venue rules, lighting conditions, or client interference.

8. Image Delivery

  • Final edited images will be delivered within the agreed timeframe.

  • Delivery format (digital gallery, download, album, USB, etc.) will be confirmed at booking.

  • Raw/unedited images are not provided unless agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • While every effort is made to ensure quality and reliability, Photolia is not liable for loss, damage, or failure caused by circumstances beyond our control.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected is used only for providing services and communication.
